Evenflo has instructions for how to unjam it, but best to avoid that situation. If you do try to force it all the way around when it is not on the setting where that’s possible you might jam it. You are really only going from side-loading to rear-facing travel, and back again.

You can rotate a full circle in one of the recline settings, but you don’t need to so don’t worry about the fact that you can’t in all three rear-facing recline settings. It’s visually interesting and I had several people approach me in parking lots while I was loading or unloading to ask me what it was, and I was happy to share my thoughts. This review features the Evenflo Revolve 360 GOLD but the standard version has many of the same features and I will point out where the GOLD differs. Of course it has limitations, as do all seats, but it’s a really interesting choice and a game changer when accessibility is needed. It’s well-designed, it’s nice to use, and it offers some super features. So many interesting ways to put a clever spin on this seat (haha, see what I did there?), but it doesn’t need slick marketing to convince me. I also noticed recently that Walmart had the Revolve on sale for $360 and I wondered if that was someone in marketing or sales being really crafty. And do you see that I settled on the really exciting “Evenflo Revolve 360?” Sigh.
I started drafting this review in my head before I actually sat down to write it, and distracted myself with witty titles, usually involving songs with ‘spin, revolve, or around’ in them, and of course that sent me down the rabbit hole and I listened to all sorts of songs I didn’t know existed. Overall, solid seat really.I had the chance to use the Revolve 360 Rotational All-in-One car seat for a few weeks when I had a friend and her young child visit…and the short version of this review is that I love it. We kept our 2 year old rear facing until his 2nd bday and we lowered the incline when he napped in the car for comfort and when he was awake, we brought it up so he could look out the window. If you have a larger vehicle, well, suppose that space consideration doesn't matter and I'll say that I do really like the incline options for rear facing. highly recommend for a forward facing child. now that our 2 year old is forward facing though, it's been great. for this reason alone, I don't recommend using it as an infant seat in a small car. the jeep fits fine, but in the Jetta my husband has to push his seats forward to an uncomfortable position to fit it as a rear facing seat. we have one in a jeep and another in a Jetta. those 360 seats are tanks, absolute tanks. the only thing I'd really take into consideration as a real con, is your interior vehicle space.
we've found the straps/buckles aren't quite as smooth as the Graco ones.my husband gets annoyed with them occasionally as they can get bunched up awkwardly, but they work. It adjusts nicely and the rotation really helps us get our 38 pound 2 year old in and out better. it's not super padded comfort/insulating wise, but we've found this is appropriate for our heavyweight, hot blooded toddler.

I got them both on sale for around $260 plus tax and have no regrets. We have 2 Revolve 360 (liked it enough to buy another) and they work pretty well. I can't speak on the turn2me, I'm sure it's the exact same concept as the 360.
